It's very frustrating - to rely on Amazon to do all the vetting and fraud checking, to ship, to have tracking, and to show proof of delivery, yet to have the customer file a chargeback on their credit card. Amazon takes the money away, and you are helpless to do anything other than provide proof of shipment.
I wonder if anyone is experiencing this?

Yes, I have. I shipped the item to the buyer and upgraded to Priority and the item was delivered with sig. conf. two days later. One month later, with no emails from the buyer,
they filed a charge back. I gave Amazon the confirmation from the post office but almost two months later, 10-28-09, Amazon took the money from my account. It was signed for by a different name from the buyer but the mailing address was the same.
