I'm trying to be actively involved in e-business.

One of the sites that markets my production music has increased their cut of the sales by 10%.

Overall my sales seem to be down from December, but as for the number of sales compared to other quarters, I find the platforms I'm dealing with and the business itself are changing quickly, so it's tough to compare apples to apples.

I've seen a definite decline in markets like Ebay and Amazon. Ebay especially, can't figure out why, so I keep thinking it HAS to be the economy ... or the products.

It's the best place to shop at these times on the internet. But getting jobs online can be easy but they pay less due to many people resorting to the net in making money too due to the recession.

I think with more people being laid off you see an increase in online sellers such as ebay and amazon. Great for buyers, but tougher for sellers.

PRobably true - I spoke with two of my different distributors today - both agreed that it wasn't just my business - they said everything was slow. :-(
