Episode 8 is a story, and a horrific one.   As a veteran seller of over 11 years on Amazon, Fred and his team went into panic mode as they accidentally got their primary seller account suspended for 4 days in the peak buying season of Christmas.   Fred tells the details of how and why the suspension happened.  In addition, he tells about how he interacted with Seller Performance to defend his position with two primary takeaways to help you NOT get suspended.

As promised on the show, here’s the screenshot of the portion of the weekly remittance that Amazon refunded back to us due to the lost sales that they proactively (and erroneously) canceled when they mistakenly thought our seller account had been compromised.   Seeing this extra $17K on the weekly disbursement was a huge sigh of relief!
